All computers on the UNK wired and wireless networks are required to run up-to-date anti-virus software. There are a few antivirus programs available for free download including Avast!, and AVG.. Below is a complete list of antivirus software recognized on our network.

Authentium, Avast!, AVG, AVGuard, Bitdefender, CA Antivirus aka EZ Antivirus, F-Secure, Intego aka VirusBarrier X6 for Mac, Kaspersky, McAfee, Microsoft Security Essentials vs Microsoft Live OneCare, NOD32 Antivirus by Eset, Panda, Sophos, Webroot aka Spysweeper Antivirus, Symantec aka Norton, Trend Micro aka PC-cillin, Vipre, Zone Alarm
